EXCLUSIVE Wine Dinner featuring Opus One

Corporate Executive Chef Dallas Walton and Sommelier Charlie Rizzo have put together a perfect menu for the inaugural Cork & Bull Wine dinner featuring Opus One Vertical Vintages. Opus One Vertical Vintage will include 2009, 2017, 2018 and 2019.

This event is limited to ONLY 18 attendees.

$400 Plus tax and gratuity

  • Amuse and First Course — Surf & Turf Crudo of Scallops & Beef Carpaccio, Wagyu Osso Bucco

  • Second Course — Moussaka! Puff pastry baked along protein with eggplant and herbs

  • Third Course — C&B Beef Tenderloin Medallions in Truffle Garlic & Gorgonzola

  • Fourth Course — Savory Bone Marrow Cake augmented by seasonal dark fruit.
