  • Course 1 — Knob Creek “Bullheaded” Old Fashioned with crispy pork belly, smoked apple slaw, spiced walnut brittle

  • Course 2 — Basil Hayden Toasted Barrel with charred chick lobster, corn cream sauce, garlic parsley popcorn

  • Course 3 — Basil Hayden Malted Rye with smoked and fried rabbit, carrot and ginger sauce, poached black plums, braised cabbage, kale chips

  • Course 4 — Knob Creek Single Barrel Pick “Bullheaded” with salt crusted filet, demi glace, pink peppercorn and charred leek tarte tatin

  • Course 5 — Booker’s Kentucky Tea Batch with vanilla and black pepper ice cream, olive oil cake, honey roasted peanuts and flambeed bananas
