Argyle 2013 Extended Tirage- A gorgeous, long-aged sparkling wine with aromas of sun-warmed hay and a sweet-tart blend of pear and quince. The Pinot Noir–Chardonnay base stays bright and focused, driving crisp lemon-lime, saline, and tonic-water notes.

DAOU “Soul of a Lion” Cabernet Sauvignon 2020- A powerhouse Bordeaux-style blend that will make you rethink Paso Robles. It’s plush and deeply layered, opening with black cherries and currants before unfolding into licorice, mocha, and sweet oak. Silky tannins make it beautiful to drink now, with the structure to evolve gracefully for years.
