Join us for Cellar Selections Tuesday, a weekly wine feature curated by our Wine Director, Andrew. Each Tuesday, we showcase one rare or premium wine available by the glass for one night only. Guests also have the opportunity to purchase a bottle of that same wine to take home at a special Tuesday-only price.

This week, we’re pouring:

  • Mayacamas Cabernet Sauvignon, Mt. Veeder Napa Valley 2021
    The 2021 Mayacamas Cabernet is expressive and complex, offering a mix of cherry, plum, and mulberry wrapped in subtle graphite and herbal tones. The fruit is focused and vibrant, finishing with a touch of savory salinity. It’s a natural partner for ribeye, short ribs, lamb chops, and aged cheeses.

  • Xavier Monnot Monthelie “Les Duresses” 2023
    This Chardonnay has bright, lifted aromatics and a naturally fresh backbone thanks to its hillside location. The salty, mineral edge is softened by time in French oak, giving it gentle roundness with hints of toast and vanilla. It’s a beautifully balanced white wine that pairs effortlessly with light fish, shellfish, and creamy sauces.
