Opener: Old Fashioned with our Cork & Bull Single Barrel Old Forester 100 Proof

Course 1: Old Forester Barrel Pick, paired with Pan Seared Scallop and Smoked Corn Puree

Course 2: Pappy Van Winkle 12 Year "Lot B," paired with Candied Pork Belly Burnt Ends and Apple Slaw

Course 3: Old Fitzgerald 11 Year Bottled-in-Bond, paired with a Low Country Plate of fried chicken, collard greens, and candied yams

Course 4: Colonel E.H. Taylor Jr. Barrel Proof, paired with Wild Game Picanha, Roasted Potatoes, and Charred Pineapple

Course 5: Stagg Kentucky Straight Bourbon Whiskey, paired with a Hot Honey Chicken Sundae
