• 🍷 Jayson Pahlmeyer Merlot 2021: Dark fruit and earth intertwine in aromas of blackberry, cassis, and black olive. The palate is rich yet graceful, unfolding layers of boysenberry and plum wrapped in supple tannins. Lingonberry, cedar, and sage linger on a long, elegant finish.

• 🥂 Pascal Jolivet Sancerre “Sauvage” 2022: Aromas of golden apple, ripe pear, and warm brioche invite you in, touched by subtle baking spice and quince. The palate is silky and expressive, its bright acidity bringing energy and lift to every sip.
