Last night’s wine dinner turned a chaotic day into an intimate, unforgettable experience. A few summer-travel cancellations created a smaller crowd, letting us connect more deeply and deliver one of our most intentional evenings yet.

The star of the night was the Aged Ribeye Royale, inspired by the moment we tasted the 2011 Argyle Brut and knew it needed richness, layers, and elevated indulgence.
